Expansion Joints/ Bellows are required for pipelines and ducting application. We have started designing and manufacturing of these joint now for over ten years. Today, we have carved an unique place for our self in this arena. Our products are associated with almost all the major industries in India, which include atomic energy, thermal power plants, steel and cement plants besides process industry. In addition to the local market, our products are widely gaining acceptance in the Export market owning to our increasing stress on quality at competitive prices.
Wire screen on other hand is used by industries for separation of various sizes materials into different sizes. They are used in all types of industries like mining, steel, cement, fertilizers, road construction etc.
RB- Flex Bellows type metal expansion joints are the most efficient and functionally reliable compensator for piping of ducting systems as well as for diverse application involving high temperature and pressure.
Sizes: For circular 50 NB to 2400 NB
Temp range: -270 Deg C to 800 Deg C.
Pressure range: vacuum upto 50 Bar (working)
These are commonly manufactured from stainless steel materials like 304, 316, 321 etc.
RB-FLEX expansion joints finds usage in Fans, ducts, piping, pumps, compressors etc.
Non Metal Expansion Joints:
FABRIC: RB-Flex Bellows non-metal expansion joints are used in pipeline and ducting involving air / gas at low pressure but high temperature. RB-FLEX NMEJ expansion joint work from 50 Deg C to 1200 Deg C.
RB-FLEX NMEJ are made from glass based and elastomer based fabric. They are also chemical resistant.
RUBBER: RB-Flex rubber expansion joint are used for pumps, compressors, blowers, fans etc.
These expansion joints work from vacuum to 50 Bar.
RB-Flex rubber expansion joint are hand made available upto 2000 mm in dia.
Other Flexible Expansion Joints: This wide range comprises of Flange Adapters, Slip-type/ sleeve expansion joint, Dismantling joints, Dresser coupling.
Wire Screens/ Vibrating Screen : Usually while screening of any type of raw material, wire screens are required. These are installed for screening of raw materials like coal, iron ore, zinc ore, all types of minerals, fertilizers, chemicals etc. In RRD Exports, we manufacture the wire screens from spring steel and stainless steel material with suitable edge preparation. At times plate screens/ perforated screens are required made from plate of thickness in the range of 1mm upto 50mm. We offer same catering to the requirements of customer.
